Mike has worked extensively in the automotive aftermarket for over 20 years now. His Master’s degree in Business Administration has enabled him to hold various sales management positions with Fortune 500 companies such as Gates Rubber Company, Standard Motor Products, Hastings Manufacturing, Nippondenso and JD Power.

Mike was instrumental in helping build Donahoe Racing into an industry power house. He was the sales manager for DR for 5 years. Mike made the transition over to Icon Vehicle Dynamics and has continued to offer incredible customer service to both our distributors and end user customers.

Mike enjoys serving his local community and has been involved in youth sports for over 15 years – he is currently the head coach for both youth football and baseball teams.
